Well, after a lot of pondering and family consultation I think I'm going to reconvert the family/toy room back into strictly a family room. I just have to decide whether to store or sell off a good portion of my collection.

I probably won't start this till the fall or spring. I need to put some Pennsylvania Bluestone steps into the hill in the backyard first.

I could go for a bigass TV too.

I've got a full bath down here that I've never taken a shower in in ten years. I'd like to get rid of that bastard too. So you have to walk upstairs to pee. Big deal, exercise is good for you.

    BIGASS TV !!!!

Sounds like a plan. How would explain a BIGASS TV to guest?

    Why'd I share that?

Thanks, Snape. We have one part of the yard that has a pretty steep drop. It's a pain to mow, so steps seem logical.

So you're making it more user friendly for the sponges that want to sleep over?

No, not at all, DA. I'm just going to be more selective in what I buy. And a lot of what I want can easily run over $100 for one fig.

And all these toys on shelves and on walls make my room look so much smaller than it is. Plus there's just stuff I want to get done to the house as I enter my 'golden years'.

Oh, and I do want that bigass TV.
